When I opened the box -- even my fiance commented on how nicely they were packed...I will indeed send you a photo of them. I purchased other bows on the web and they scammed me...I paid, but never received my bows...these are much nicer looking than the ones I originally order.

I have to tell you that your customer service seems to be terrific. One of the most important things to me is that you do not charge an outrageous postage amount. I always discourage my clients from buying from vendors who overcharge on postage. I do not think it is the appropriate way to make money. I think a customer should get what they are paying for at a fair price based upon the quality of the items. It seems dishonest to me to sell something for $.99 and then charge $12.95 for postage. Don't you think so?
